Terms of Sale
These are important policies to read, as they explain the terms you enter into when dealing with us.
General Purchasing
When you purchase from me jewelry, art, books including art prints you agree that these items are generally shipped within a reasonable amount of time. You will be supplied with a tracking number once the product ships. You agree that once shipped I cannot control what the shipping agency does and or how they will handle your package. All packages are packed well padded and in such a way as to mitigate any possible damage. If you recieve a damaged package from me, and if you want to report such to us for replacement, we require you to before opening the package to contact me, so I can advise you on sending us possible images of the package so we can properly report it to the delivering agency, whether that is UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service.
It is important for my customes to be happy with their purchases, and I will will work with you to ensure that any claims are handled fairly. However, I cannot be heald responsible for packages one they leave my posession. As stated about, all packages and packed well, and I try to ensure that all packages arrive safely. However, for high value items I suggest that you purchase insurance on your shipment, as I do not guarantee or cover damage caused by the shipper.
Privacy Policy
I keep this policy very simple. I do not, we will not sell, loan, or anyway transfer your personal data to any advertiser or similar entity. All credit card transactions are handled by Shopify one of the most secure shopping website on the internet. I never have acces to your credit card information, and your personal information such as name, address, phone, email etc is heald strictly confidential. To be blunt, I am not an information broker.
Deposit Policy
For special orders, artwork and other high end commissions I require a deposit to begin work, the amount of the deposit will be discussed at the time of the commission, as it depends on what you are having done, as well as the tie, cost etc invovled. By hiring me you aknowledge and agree that all deposits are non refundable.
